A pretty great remote office space. Good in-office amenities, the occasional fun event or treat (like this full kitchen island charcuterie board), a breakfast/lunch spot in the office complex, and well kept bathrooms. It’s not cheap, but $100 off if you also have the gym membership. Having worked from home for years, it’s a really nice change of pace to have an office with “coworkers” again. Honestly the only let down (and it’s kind of a small but big one) is that the gym is across a major intersection and not very walkable. It’s doable, for sure, but not as convenient as I’d like. The gym is brand new - kind of blows my mind that they didn’t integrate the office spaces by adding an additional floor to the gym facility or even on top of the adjacent parking garage.

Adding a review so I don't forget since this is one of the craziest times in my life. Due to personal reasons (cat needing to be seen at a specialist hospital), I have found myself here in beautiful Red Bank/Tinton Falls. Unfortunately, work doesn't stop even if all you want to do is hover in the waiting room of your baby during pre + surgery + post -op care, etc. While there are adorable cafes around the area, they are not the best suited for conference calls. Life Time Work is from my current review: 1) Great location - close to the Red Bank Train Station; 2) Lovely ambience - clean, sunny spacious, and also professional looking. Think lobbies of law firms. 3) Fast wifi. 4) Painless signup/onboarding. From inquiry to getting set up for a short term monthly subscription - it has been less than a day and I emailed last night. Here I am situated and getting ready to move things off my desk. 5) Multiple phone booths + quiet rooms available to reserve for calls. 6) Lounge is quiet, well lit, spacious and clean. It looks like each of these long tables will be used by a single individual. 7) Staff is professional and kind. Shout out to MJ who made me feel comfortable and welcome during a very chaotic mindspace. I am hoping that after this crash - none of my babies will need to be hospitalized at Red Bank Vet Hospital but at least now I know logistics have been squared away.

I visited with my client to conduct a real estate closing. Great flexible offices. Spacious, clean and modern facility with everything you need supported. I thought it was cool! So different from other companies that offer a more traditional office workspace in older facilities.

I’ve been at Life Time Work since they opened as both a lounge member and a member of the gym, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The facilities are top-notch — with plenty of work space, collaborative nooks, quiet rooms, conference rooms, and phone booths for calls. The kitchen is amazing, and the staff is truly the best, always going above and beyond while hosting monthly events and networking opportunities that make it easy to connect with others. For me, it’s the perfect option to get out of the house and work in a professional, energizing environment. And the best part? The luxury gym and pool right across the street are included in the membership. Couldn’t ask for a better setup. Highly recommended!
