Be cautious with this company. Their contracts are full of hidden terms and fine print. They make cancellations extremely difficult, requiring notice months in advance, and will charge you for time you don’t use. Customer service is poor, slow to respond, and there’s no direct way to reach billing. Think carefully before signing with them.

Be very careful with this company. Their contracts are full of hidden clauses and unclear conditions. They do not provide transparent information about payments, and there is way too much fine print. The platform they use on their website is only designed to process payments, while making the cancellation process difficult by hiding the cancellation buttons. They require cancellations to be made 3 months in advance of the automatic renewal, forcing you to pay for extra time even if you are no longer using the service. Customer service is terrible: they don’t respond within the promised timeframe (over 10 days without answers), they don’t provide a direct billing phone number, and the overall support is extremely poor. In our case, the contract started on May 23 and was supposed to end between November 23 and 30, but Regus renewed it automatically until May 2026, even after we submitted a cancellation request. 👉 My advice: think twice before signing any contract with this company.

Be careful with this company and the services they offer, they hide information about payments, there is a lot of fine print in the contract!! ALERT!!, they use a platform ON THEIR WEBSITE that is only easy to make payments, they hide the cancellation buttons, they force you to cancel the service 3 months before the date, with automatic renewal, THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY THEM THE EXTRA TIME OF YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT USING THE SERVICE, they do not comply with the policies of timely response after 10 days, the customer service is horrible, they do not have a direct number to contact billing, be very careful where you hire your office, our contract started on May 23 and ends on November 23-30, we canceled it, regus renewed it, forced until May 31, 2026

Edited review: During our time leasing from Regus, we were in contact numerous times regarding various issues and the customer service was disappointing. As a small business, I wouldn't recommend Regus. Regus did respond to the earlier post and provided no satisfactory resolution to our laundry list of concerns.

Billing issues and center staff not responding... Getting from bad to worse. 2,500 dollars got charged on my card - while I am on only $90 per month payment. There is no logic or explanation of how those charges added up. Another $300 charge made by Regus again this month. Center manager does not respond... Don't know how to stop this fraudulent billing. Nobody available to take the call.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Princeton - Carnegie Center, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
