I recently hosted two events at Venture X’s conference rooms and I must say, the most hospitable and professional setting you can host your guests in. Milan is fantastic with any immediate needs you may have and fosters an environment of collaboration and learning. At the minimum, schedule a walkthrough with them and be certain you will be hosting your next event here at Venture X.
This co-working location is fantastic. Everything is modern, the staff is really nice, and the coffee is fantastic. I really enjoy coming back here again and again. It helps me focus on my work and the facility amenities are really great. There is electronic card access so I can get in and out whenever I want and the place is spotless.
We were very dissatisfied with communications by Milan at our event this year. We have used this venue for 3 years now, and we do love the location. However, this year Milan left at the start of our event. We paid from 5-8pm. Milan left at 5pm with no voicemail or email communication. I was in the car when I got 3 calls from him (no voicemail), so I was not able to pick up. We arrived 10 minutes after, do to traffic, and no one was there. Milan stated that he went home. We did not get access to the building until 5:45pm and our event started at 6pm. This was incredibly unprofessional. When I called to ask why, excuses were made. Ultimately, we would not no show a fully paid for venue, and he knows we arrive each and every year. We are disappointed in the way this was communicated.
Milan and the team at Venture X were a pleasure to work with. They were able to accommodate a same-day request for a conference room and the entire process from booking, to payment, to accessing the space was smooth. I would recommend Venture X to anyone looking for a modern coworking space in the Parsippany area.
