No ethics in work. Lack professionalism. Creating a toxic work culture, non-supportive suppliers and subcontractors are the part of company culture. If you are on visa status, please reach me out.- don’t go apply for this company if you are out of state. Better to go back your home country than working for this company.

Not for single star. If you looking for a commercial retail space please don’t consider. They will allow you to operate your business without CCO and after you start your business they will start harassing you. After the rent payment they will order which space need to use and which not. They will give you first two months free then after they will start to apply for CCO. So once you finalize your storage space and everything they will come to you and tell you don’t store in that space that’s for not storage purposes. They will keep enforcing you to pay the rent. Josh there is a property manager who has no experience how to handle the situation only send you the emails you are operating business so you need to pay rent. Only they are hungry for the rents. There is one more dummy person her name is Susan.. she will show you the retail space and without your knowledge they will add a clause in lease like retail space brokerage need to pay per month. Stay away….. stay away.. stay away… I rented a retail space.. full of harassment.. They will keep stretching the CCO process. My reply to this uneducated guy. Bro tenant is not liable for CCO. All of these Larken employees are only wasting time and showing they are working. They don’t know I am an owner of a company also. And how employees are working…. Bro go to the school and learn something. You gave me two months free but what you did while those two months? Sleeping?? 😴 You don’t know that restroom is as it is in the condition only we put our stuff.. you know only how to reply in the google review… So funny… your responsibility is to clear the CCO while those two months. Not after that… Inspections are scheduled on September because you guys were sleeping… Store was opened for the customers on 4th of July So you are showing your experience in property management… Fire this guy… he doesn’t know anything

They really suck. Their maintenance don’t do their job. They locked me out and took 2 hours to unlock me after they failed another work order. If you do it yourself they get upset. When you call them they don’t resolve the issue. They just want your 3k in rent to go down the drain.

I chose this complex because it was advertised as a luxury, non-smoking community—but that hasn’t been my reality. I’ve reported ongoing smoking multiple times. Management assured me things would be done, but the smoking continues. They said they can’t take further action without a picture, yet they aren’t holding themselves accountable to the lease agreement either. There’s no increased surveillance or follow-through. They expect residents to take pictures—but if the smoking is happening inside a unit, that’s virtually impossible. What’s most frustrating is that management is quick to collect rent—well over $2,000 per month—but not nearly as quick to enforce the rules or protect residents like myself who are being affected. My health has suffered, and I don’t feel valued as a tenant. If you have allergies, asthma, or any sensitivity to smoke, this is not the place for you. I highly recommend taking your well-deserved money elsewhere, to a place that truly prioritizes resident health, comfort, and accountability. The credit to my account was denied by Brenda V. which further indicates how they are quick to take our money, but slow to make residents feel valued. RUN away from getting a unit with Larken!
