I never got the chance to use any service from them because, the agent who I was transferred to hung up the phone on me as I was speaking and then when I called back; she was very rude. I then inquired anyway but, when I did, she in her own way asked if I was stupid. She asked me what I needed and as I proceeded to answer her she interrupted me repeatedly. Finally, I told her she was being rude and then the reason why I asked the question. Which wasn’t because I didn’t know what a word meant, it was because I was getting a quote and wanted to see if their company offered the same or similar service. But I’m glad I didn’t go with them. Very unprofessional on her part!
