Booked a meeting from via Regus for 8:30 am. Arrived to find the office locked and nobody around. Lady on reception arrived at 9:25 no apology, then promptly vanished for 30 minutes so we couldn't get any assistance with addressing the other issues with our booking. Shocking customer service experience.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Regus. I was assured by their sales representative that a payment of $207 was all that was required to receive keys and access the office space. After making this payment and signing the agreement, I was denied access and informed that two additional invoices needed to be paid — none of which were disclosed prior to signing or outlined in the contract. I have never received keys, accessed the space, or even set foot in the building. When attempting to resolve the issue, the on-site manager admitted over the phone that sales representatives "often lie to close deals," leaving the on-site staff to manage the resulting dissatisfied customers. This is both unprofessional and unethical. Despite numerous emails, certified letters, and formal complaints disputing the charges and requesting cancellation, Regus has ignored my concerns and referred my account to a collection agency without my consent. I am now being pursued for a staggering $2,683.25 — an amount exponentially higher than my initial payment — for a space I have never used or accessed. Stay FAR AWAY!
