I had a very disappointing experience with Regus in New Brunswick, largely due to poor communication and lack of transparency from area management. When I signed up, I was never informed about the office restoration fee, which ended up being equivalent to an entire month’s rent. This significant charge should have been clearly disclosed upfront. Throughout my tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Voicemails and requests for clarification often went unanswered, and getting a response from management was extremely difficult. To make matters worse, my account was charged twice for both the security deposit and my final month’s rent. Despite multiple conversations and assurances that the account would be reviewed and adjusted, no meaningful resolution was provided. Instead, I eventually received a past-due notice, which was both frustrating and unacceptable given the unresolved billing issues. The office itself remains largely empty, and based on my experience, it’s not difficult to understand why. The combination of hidden fees, billing errors, unreturned calls, and broken promises has left me with little confidence in Regus’s customer service or management. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this location carefully review all fees in writing and closely monitor their billing statements.

I am very disappointed with the customer care. The new location is inconvenient. In the past they closed for one hour or more and you couldn't get your mail.

worst customer service and company I had ever had to deal with. New workers every time you talk to them so they cant keep an employee which says a lot. No one knows how to resolve an issue. My mail and billing was never sent on time and in 12 months after about 120 email complaints they still cant resolve the issue. this is sad and I wouldn't want any other business owner who already are struggling have to deal with a company who does not care.
