I don’t understand why Kativa works here if she has terrible customer service. Even the staff complain about her horrible attitude I’ve heard it all from this lady. And then when I come in for my appointment she started giving me problems saying I needed a referral for the appointment and couldn’t do it without one. But the hospital sent us there so I knew we were good. So when left and when we entered our car she wanted to call me and said she made a mistake. You don’t get to play with peoples time like that and treat people in a disrespectful manner and tone. everyone talks about her for a reason so why keep her as a staff member?
