Great co-working atmosphere! My job requires me to work in both Philly and New Jersey, so Incutate’s locations are really convenient for me to use with my Open Desk membership.

I recently leased an office within the Incutate Philly location, and could not be more pleased with the environment and incredibly helpful people. The location is great between the Old City and Society Hill areas, and the building itself is fantastic. I recently hosted a meeting for a large group of out of town colleagues and the people with Incutate were incredibly helpful with getting all of our A/V needs taken care, and made everyone feel at home. I am very happy with my office space, and look forward to hosting more team meetings in the future. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an independent or team work solution of their own.

I am a remote worker and needed somewhere to work to get away from the craziness and distractions at my house. Incutate was a fantastic solution for me. The facilities are well laid out and clean, and they had all the amenities I could have asked for. It has a nice balance of being a quiet place to work while still having a strong community feel. Would recommend to anyone who needs a permanent location or even just a spot to go a couple days a week.
