Best office space I've had. *Might not suit everyone Pros: - Beautiful building - Unbeatable location - Cleanest bathrooms in Jersey - Amazing views - Lot of individual small offices suitable for 1 - 3 people - Great rate on rent Cons - No onsite staff so trash is often pilled up, kitchen is dirty, lacks facilities - Getting mail/packages here can be a pain in the butt. - No open co-working area so if you're looking for that vibe of people working together in an open space this isn't it. But if you want a small office to yourself it's ideal.

I spent about 1.5 years with Coalition and looking forward to return in the next quarter. For a shared workspace they are very fair with pricing, terms, and what you get for your $$$. In NJ specifically Jersey City, I was able to have my own office with gorgeous views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The team is super responsive and is there to ensure all your business needs are met. Highly recommend and as a bonus when you meet Tom in sales, he is Gary Busey's double .

Signed up with Coalition a few year ago, and I have to say this shared office isn't just good-looking and well-kept; It has everything you need, like fast internet, comfy places to work, and big rooms for meetings, which makes working here smooth and easy. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone who wants a lively and efficient place to work.

Held an office there for two months. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything surrounding you. And when you leave they won’t return your $900 security deposit no matter how many times you ask for it.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Coalition Space.
