I have a private office at Industrious, and my experience has been wonderful. Nataly and Rachel go above and beyond for the tenants. They are always in a bright and cheery mood when they greet everyone, truly bringing energy to the space. The environment wouldn’t be the same without them. The space itself is great. It’s a bit of a labyrinth at first, but I enjoy discovering hidden corners while walking throughout. The only downside, or a positive depending on how you see it, is the building security. They are quite strict about entering the building. It’s excellent for security purposes but can be a bit of a hassle when I need to bring in guests. However, this has nothing to do with Industrious, so I can’t dock any points for this.

Autumn & Natalie were great, and treated us in a super warm and friendly fashion. The kitchen was always stocked with snacks and beverages, and they even hosted a happy hour for the entire floor! The vibes were as if you worked in your own full-company floor, and I’m envious of those that get to come in each day. I’ve been to 4 industrious locations to-date, and this was by far the best experience had. Maybe I even move to Jersey City - being a remote employee makes going into Industrious as the most refreshing work experience imaginable. 5/5 stars would recommend (thanks Natalie & Autumn!)
