I had a wonderful experience working with Anna Diouf at The Beacon. She was extremely professional, patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. Anna took the time to understand my preferences, helped me explore different apartment options, and patiently answered all my questions. She was always approachable, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. What I appreciated most was her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help. Even when there were changes or additional requests, she handled everything with patience and care. This is what gets sold for luxury. Months and months or reaching out to improve conditions and nothing gets done.
There are still people who do not live here that workout and use the amenities here as recently as 10/7 8:30p. I am not paying to share ameninites with people who do not pay to live here.
