Sophietou, Richard had been very helpful with the few problems i have had since the beginning of my leasing and potential renewal to a new apartment. Being here for 4 years already, and have known all 4 different managers, thinks she’s doing a great job.

If it were for Jason i would give it 5 starts. But its not anymore just abt the guy. The apartment management goes completely unresponsive to the frustration of the residents once you are in. The shuttle service has degraded quite fast. The schedule was changed so lines were 50 minutes wait during peak hours. The worst part was management's attitude towards the residents concerned, just not what you'd expect for the luxury level price you'd pay. Heat wasn't working for most part. And when it was hot there was no working air conditioning. The request would auto close everytime without addressing the issue.
