Some of the concierge staff are very rude, and it honestly makes me afraid to go pick up my packages. Today, while Amazon was dropping off many packages, the concierge kept saying, “I’m not going to give out any packages now. It’s too much.” I understand it can be busy, but residents shouldn’t be treated this way.
Don’t trust the positive fake reviews they get it done from residents to finish the maintenance. Management doesn’t have ethics or humane values so be careful doing business with them. And the leasing office and resident services staff are so arrogant and rude if you are not one of them and they carry some Attitude like they are some special people.
I had a great experience with Hector. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of on time. He was always responsive, supportive, and quick to help whenever I needed anything.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! THEY HAVE THE RESIDENT WRITE GOOD REVIEWS FOR MAINTENANCE WORKERS TO BOOST THE REVIEWS!!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!! From Nov. 2025 to Jan 2026, the heat in my apartment would go out multiple times a week for 2-3 days at a time. I had to use my stove to heat my apartment. Resident services stated that I would be reimbursed for having to use a heavy appliance to heat my apartment. One month’s bill was $250 for a studio. Months later, they told me that I would receive nothing. They were only able to offer their sincerest apologies. If you like sleeping in cold apartments in a “luxury” apartment, then sign a lease. RESPONSE: They used an AI bot to create their response to me. I contacted the regional manager and was told that I would receive nothing. Do not be fooled by the pictures. This is not a place you want to call home.
