They keep avoiding me No depósit return They don’t want answers my calls How this people are like da, we came to this country to succeed, and they do this to their own people Cuz the ones who works there are Spanish Always paying rent on time They told me, that after one month you left the apartment we were gonna gave my deposit back Which never did I’m still calling and calling But only excuses 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Avoid these people. Nothing but scams. They will try to keep your deposit, no matter what you do, even if apartment is super clean, they will try to find the way. Avoid this if you can. Paid rent for 6 years, never missed a day, returned the apartment in better condition than it was when i moved in, and they still trying to keep my deposit. Previous tenants told me the same

Avoid this realtor like the plague (Exact building attempting to steal from us is 35 Journal square). The woman called Sarah who is the manager doesn't seem interested in helping us get our deposit back after 2 months since leaving the space. I asked her is this standard procedure and she said she had emailed the owner of the building but she hasn't replied yet and then proceeded to tell me she's satisfied she's done enough as she sent an email but hasn't heard back. I told her that isn't good enough and she put the phone down before saying I don't need to listen to this. Crazy this woman is in charge and it speaks volumes of who Salman are by having her as a manager. Lawyered up now so lets see how fast they get back to us. Deal with them carefully.
