My agreement with Regus ended July 31, 2025, which meant my $1,842 retainer should have been refunded by early September. It’s October now and I still haven’t received it. The portal shows activity in September, but no money ever reached my account. Every time I ask for a clear answer, I get the same runaround — “submit a ticket,” “it’s been escalated,” “give billing adequate time.” Weeks later, nothing has changed. This isn’t just me — if you look at their profile on the Better Business Bureau, there are countless complaints from people in the same situation: no refunds, vague answers, and no way to get in touch with anyone who can actually resolve the issue. Everyone hides behind tickets, and customers are left waiting. Before you do any business with Regus, check their BBB reviews and understand what you’re walking into. Getting your retainer back shouldn’t be this difficult, and yet here I am months later still waiting.

Great coworking spaces. Private offices, conference rooms, business lounge, low cost admin services, printing/copying, hot beverage service, kitchens and attended reception 8:30-5:00, M-F. You can choose a size to meet your needs and budget with varying length contract terms. Even daily rentals are available! You have keys and can burn the midnight oil if you need to with card key access 24/7.
