We are very grateful to Larken Associates for helping us through an important transition as we opened our new location. After our previous nail salon was lost in a fire, we were faced with the challenge of finding a new space and rebuilding our business. This was our first time working with Larken Associates, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Rob and Vicki were wonderful to work with throughout the lease process. They were professional, understanding, and supportive as we navigated the steps needed to move forward with our new location. Josh, our property manager, has also been a tremendous help. He has gone above and beyond by assisting with town inspections, coordinating property-related items, and making sure the space is in great shape as we prepare for our reopening. I tried a few years ago to rent an apartment in Bordentown NJ only to be mislead and have unanswered calls after putting down a deposit to reserve an apartment. After much bs k and forth from my end I did finally recover my deposit. Fast forward to now, I made an appointment to see an apartment in Hillsborough NJ not aware that it’s the same company running them. So I took the afternoon off so myself and fiancé could see 2 apartments that were available. My fiancé made the appointment the week beforehand. Well, today we showed up and no one was there. After a long delayed phone call we were told no one would be there to show us an apartment. No apologies from them either! The management of this company has got to be the worst and leaves tons to be desired. I can only imagine how they treat their tenants once they sign a lease!

Absolute scam. We applied for an apartment at one of their properties, paid $130 in application fees, and they refused to even run our application. When confronted and asked why our application was not even run through the system, we received no response. I reached out to corporate for resolution and was told that “everyone who’s big already is aware- including the owners of the building”. So everyone is complicit. I’m not sure what kind of game they’re playing in terms of stealing application fees, but I’m intent on finding out.
