Front desk staff at this location are the nicest people ever. They are always very helpful and welcoming, and they make overall experience coming to the office very pleasant. Thank you, your kindness is very much appreciated.

I’m a monthly member and visit this location several times a week. Out of all the locations, this one is not the closest to me, but it is definitely my favorite. I mainly use the business lounge, and the space is always welcoming, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also really enjoy the surrounding area, which adds to the overall experience. Most importantly, the service is always excellent. Kathy and Deborah are incredible — attentive, professional, friendly, and consistently helpful. They make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

There was one highlight to the overpriced shoebox that I pay more than $1,600/month - not to mention the overpriced scanning and copying, and that was the free 2 hour use of the community room daily. The last nicety this greedy corporate giant imparted to us as clients has been stripped away without notice or ability to contest and - of course - with no reduction of monthly rental fee. In any other context, this would be actionable, but for the clause in their agreement that effectively says you have no rights as a tenant to the benefit of your bargain. I wonder if any of the attorneys have looked into a lawsuit on this front. I am actively seeking other options and cannot wait to get rid of this space once my contract expires. Corporate ,management should be ashamed of themselves. The center has excellent staff, but are in need of a corporate policy overhaul. If you are going to stick it to someone at least give them the courtesy of a notice or buy them a cup of coffee first (which by the way used to be free too). -Pissed and Seeking Alternate Accommodations
