I wait for 2 hours to get the lab done this is the worst experience .

About an hour and a half from the time I arrived to the time I left because of a long wait. So many people they took before me but it's because they had appointments so they push my visit further and further away since I did not have an appointment. Part of the issue was I was fasting and didn't arrive until 9:00 a.m. or so and normally I can come a little later when it's not as busy and be seen in 15 or 20 minutes after arrival

DINORA AT THIS LOCATION MADE MY 10-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER CRY. MY DAUGHTER WANTED HER BIG SISTER TO GO FIRST FOR BLOOD DRAW, SO I ASKED DINORA TO WAIT JUST ONE MINUTE FOR BIG SIS TO COME OUT OF THE BATHROOM. DINORA COULDN’T WAIT 60 SECONDS, AND STARTED TO GET NASTY ABOUT IT. SHE STARTED TALKING TRASH TO ANOTHER WORKER IN SPANISH, ASSUMING THAT I DIDN’T SPEAK SPANISH AND WOULDN’T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. I ASKED DINORA TO HAVE A LITTLE COMPASSION, AND TOLD HER THAT MY DAUGHTER IS APPREHENSIVE SO PLEASE DON’T MAKE THIS AN EVEN WORSE EXPERIENCE FOR HER. DINORA SEES SHE’S MAKING MY DAUGHTER CRY AND SHE SAYS, NASTILY, “I DON’T WANT TO DO THEM, I’M GOING TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THEM.” THIS ONLY MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY EVEN MORE. NO APOLOGIES, JUST A HARSH, NASTY RUDENESS. SOMEONE LIKE DINORA, WITH SUCH AN INCREDIBLE LACK OF COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM (ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN) HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING IN ANY MEDICAL FACILITY.

garbage location took forever to get me in and by the time my appointment happened my form was expired. Need someone that can actually do their job not just huff and puff at the screen lol.

I had a very unpleasant experience, for several reasons but some worse than other ones. The most concerning one was the poor hygiene they had, I was very upset that the person before me was coughing all over and when they called me to that same room I noticed they didn’t even try to wipe the area where they draw blood which I find absolutely wrong since some people go there with serious problems and that might expose to something worse. I’m pregnant and the lady that drawn my blood didn’t change gloves once from room to room and hurt me pretty bad I have been all day in pain. I get blood work very often and never experienced anything like that place. It took over an hr for they to call me in. Which I was completely fine and tried to understand until I saw that attitude some of them had. One of the girls that draws blood was eating right before she went to a room to someone. I completely understand people need to eat but I think that was inappropriate right before you draw someone’s blood.
