I had a great experience at Suites 204. Dan is an absolute pleasure to deal with—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I rented a dedicated desk and found the space to be super convenient, clean, and well maintained. The building is easily accessible, which made coming and going simple. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flexible, well-run office space.

I've been renting a private office here for about 4 months and it's been great. I needed a month-to-month rental while my husband and I looked for a new place to live and this checked every box. Reasonably priced, lots of light, ample parking, convenient location, clean, the wifi is strong, and everyone else who rents space here is super respectful. Also, Dan genuinely cares about the people who rent space here. He's friendly, attentive, responsive, and kind. I cannot recommend Suites 204 enough.

Renting office space at suites 204 was one of the best decisions I made. The office and bathrooms are immaculately clean. The space also provides coffee, filtered water and refrigeration. But most importantly the wifi is lightning fast. Dan is a pleasure to work with and is always available in a pinch. I am excited to continue to run my startup company from Suites 204. Highly recommend!
