The people they were very nice. However, the person who took care of me I’m not gonna mention names, but she was a female told me not to worry about my visits. I have plenty and the insurance company doesn’t check anyway. We decided I’d come three times a week to get the best outcome. I was going I was feeling better until one day I was told I couldn’t come back because I didn’t was 30 visits over what I was allowed. Then I got a bill for $1800 I was mortified. They have you sign a paper that you’re responsible for whatever amount your insurance doesn’t cover. I am on Social Security, and to pay that kind of a bell is a struggle. I did call strive their billing deptI tried to talk to talk to someone about this bill. I told them I thought that I was wrongly billed because the person who took care of me obviously didn’t do her job at and neither did whoever was checking on my visits. I offered to pay half to take responsibility, but that was not acceptable. I was told the person who worked with me, is no longer there. I. Just want people to know that you need to check your insurance so that you don’t get misled like I did and get a big bill. There are other people who work there that were very nice and did a good job. I’m just very sour about my experience, and I’m sure there are others.
This is my second experience going to Strive Physical Therapy but my first at this location. They are really fantastic here! There is both in person and computer check in which I appreciated in case there was a line or if I needed in person to ask questions. The staff was very helpful in scheduling my appointments and helping me understand my insurance coverage and copays. I saw Olivia for pelvic floor PT and she made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. She put me on a great program and it’s clear how much she truly cares about her field and patients. Robert at the front desk goes above and beyond for patients and is incredibly patient and kind. This isn’t the closest Strive to my house but because of this really positive experience I would go out of my way to come here!
Noel and Rob at the front desk are amazing, they work with you and your schedule to make sure you get the appropriate care that you need. The Physical therapist are very knowledgeable, and actually listen to what you have to say and how you feel . They were so good with me during my car accident, that I ended up going back after I was reinjured again earlier this year .
Excellent patient care!
