TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!! Listen to all the reviews and STAY AWAY!!!! With no explanation they proceses unauthorized charges to my account in over $2,000 , I reached out to Mrs.Christine (site manager) she had no explanation about it, 4 days later , another transaction debited in over $2,500 , reached out to the site manager again , she had no explanation. It took well over 2-3 weeks for us to get our money back that was accordingly to them “processed by mistake” They terminated my “month to month “ agreement on 11/25 (no notification given on their part) When I walked in because I was not seeing any bills being sent to me, Mrs.Christine informed me that my account was closed on 11/25 and my company signage was taken down from lobby board. Today she informed me that if I wanted to sign up again for a month to month services I need to pay Regus monthly payment since they’re terminated the services on 11/25 till present. They want me to pay 6 months of services they never provided. Insane at its best! I now have escalated this fraudulent business practices to their CEO Mark Dixon. Christine Saracinello (site manager) refuses to help & Dianelis Mercedes (area sales manager) refuse to call me back , would not help with anything and continue to push forward defrauding practices to clients. Will follow up with the media next about their business practices, they have over 700 complaints on the BBB report and NOT CREDITED all related to what one can consider “fraudulent interactions and transactions” (SEE IMAGE ATTACHED HERE BBB REPORT) Also the following agencies will be contacted should my issues go unaddressed and ignored. Better Business Bureau (BBB): State Attorney General: Consumer Protection Division of the state Attorney General's office. Federal Trade Commission (FTC): I will File a complaint for deceptive, fraudulent, or unfair business practices. REGUS : feel free to contact me directly to resolve this , you have all my contact information. Your process for submitted a ticket and requesting help only works if ethical individuals are handling the issues.

Things were ok at the beginning until Indecised to leave. They did not return my work space retainer($800) and asked me to pay for 1 month Which I never agreed to. Their system had a tech issue that did not allow me to cancel my membership. I explained to them it was a tech issue on their part not mine. They still forced me to stay and keep asking via email for payments . Their staff supposedly escalated the issue but they never really helped me either. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. But I am extremely disappointed at Regus Englewood. Do not join this space.

i wish all these neg reviews would have been posted when i signed up a year ago. they are locking you in contracts renewed 5 months before it's needed for something that should be on a monthly basis as they promised originally. they should also rememeber, if they are sending renewal proposal not being accepted, by default, it should be considered NOT renewed. of course are leasing area mannager is not in charge of renewals .total lack of responsability

"Dishonest individuals frequently break their promises, so it's crucial to carefully review the contract before signing. Watch out for the following: 1- Hidden fees for additional services that weren't agreed upon in the contract. 2- Misleading claims about services. (Make sure everything is clearly written in the contract.) 3- Unexpected price increases when renewing the contract without any notice or explanation. 4- They will keep ignoring you when you ask them about those problems. Regus is a scam! p.s - Even your reply pushes people further away from you Regus. Good luck with your meaningless approach.
