This company is a scam service and you should stay away. They will take you CC details and charge randomly regardless of whether you have a service or account with them. We haven’t in years but our credit card blocks only last 12 months each time and they charge again after the block expires. Do not, under any circumstance book with Regus.

Find another company to rent office space from. For months I asked for keys to drawers and desks to put confidential papers in. For some reason Regus didnt think it was important to store office related things in my office space so they didnt bother to give me keys to the locks to secure important documents or supplies, despite me asking for them several times for the keys my requests went unanswered. I canceled my agreement, made sure they got all their money and I received a cleaning bill for an office space I never even moved my stuff into, which is partly their fault. Their staff didnt seem to want to listen to my greviences. They just said they at the building temporarily and they know nothing about the office space and the keys. Regus clearly has their head up their back side and you would be better off renting from somewhere else. I would not rent from Regus in the future.
