Regus Cranford is awful. We had to move out as in the winter they let the office temperature go as low as the high 50's and in the summer the high 80's. They are so cheap they have a thermostat in a single office that controls multiple ones so when nobody is in the thermostat office you cant have heat or AC. The building also changed the parking spots so that they are too narrow for a car let alone an SUV so you have to park at the end of the lot if you get in after 9:00. Then they jack your rent up as much as 40% or more on renewal and you have to threaten to leave to get a reasonable rate. We finally moved out and after 7 months cant get our security deposit back despite no damage and already paying the mandatory clean up fee after leaving (another rip off). Nobody responds to us. We are looking at our options on this front as there were no damages. They said they paid it but they didn't send it to us and they cant find it. They could have credited the same card we charged it on. I wish we could give them negative stars. We put up with a lot when we were there and are still having to deal with it. Following up on my review. After spending many more weeks on this we still have not gotten our security deposit back. Even though we paid the deposit on a credit card they are insisting we open a new bank account so they can ACH the payment to us. This is insane. give us a check or wire or venmo or zelle.

Terrible Experience with REGUS in Cranford - A Warning to Others I have been with REGUS in Cranford for over two years, and my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I started my lease on March 1 and was led to believe that I could cancel my lease by June 30. However, I was later informed that the actual deadline was June 15, and now they are refusing to work with me. Despite their staff assuring me I had until June 30, I am now facing the loss of my security deposit and potential legal action if I don’t comply with their renewal terms for another six months. This feels like a scam, especially since I’ve discovered that many others have faced similar issues with this company. To make matters worse, attempts to reach higher management for assistance have been unsuccessful, as they won’t even return calls. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from REGUS to think twice and look for more reputable options. -

I signed up with Regus without realizing the extent of hidden fees involved. As soon as I saw the unexpected charges, I immediately canceled and informed my rep that I would not be taking the space. Despite never using the service, I've been stuck trying to get out of a contract I never intended to follow through with—and now I’m being chased by a collections agency. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company go to such lengths to squeeze money out of customers for services that were never used. I’ve never encountered a business so aggressive and desperate when it comes to collecting on an unused space. This experience has been frustrating and unfair from start to finish. Do not sign a contract with them.

Scamsters. ****Beware***** The experiance started when I signed up for Regus. I have been misled my entire experiance with this company. From the initial conversation of signing this misrepresented their products and then dealing with the Cranford support center has been a nightmare. The Corporate office are in complete disarray. Communication is terrible cant get anyone on the phone. After a year of the worst Service rude people on the phone. Lack of knowledge; and misinformed. I truely cant say who knows less because both the support team and corporate team have bad information. I tried for.months to cancel my service. Again they arent able to do anything themselves. They tell you do it online. Everyone in their company knows it cant be done on the app and that their website isnt mobile friendly. Honestly Regus is a scam and I will follow this review with my BBB compaint. UPDATE: REGUS is a nightmare. Not on person has a human touch, I literally have had four people copy and paste me the same speach; and not one person who trying to listen to their consumer. DONT START SERVICE WITH THEM YOUR NEVER GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT!
