My husband and I booked a trip to New Jersey for a special event and unfortunately the service we received was very unprofessional and rude. During our layover in Dallas-Fort worth, Texas, our connecting flight was rescheduled to the next day and as soon as soon as we landed in the DFW airport, I immediately contacted the hotel to inform them of what had happened in addition to contacting AAA and the protection plan company. When contacting the hotel, the receptionist was extremely rude and no compassion was shown when explaining to her what had happened regarding our connecting flight being canceled and rescheduled the next morning. During our conversation she stated that there was nothing the hotel could do about it and it would count as a no-show even though the flight cancellation was completely out of our control. The hotel and AAA did not offer any kind of accommodation or compensation. Once we arrived at the hotel the next day we were able to check in at the reception desk, and after explaining to the receptionist what happened, she was firm about the policy put in place by the hotel and adamant that the policy stands and it is considered a no show. When I tried to express to her our experience thus far and asked why do I have to pay for two nights for the reservation when we were only there one day and explained to her that my reservation included a trip protection plan. She disregarded everything I expressed and rudely said to us "What's the problem?!" My husband had to reiterate what we had experienced throughout our trip to New Jersey. She then goes on to inform us that our reservation was booked through Expedia, and I politely explained to her that I had booked my reservation through AAA not Expedia. At that point of the conversation, I was extremely frustrated, exhausted, and did not want to continue discussing the matter because the conversation was clearly going no where. The only bright side was the room was clean and the checkout process was simple. Overall I would not recommend booking with this hotel.

My friend and I WERE going to stay here tonight while we were going to go to MetLife Stadium for a show that was rescheduled. We decided to leave due to weather forecasts as well. We were only there for roughly a couple hours. So we inquired about a refund (why stay if a show is postponed ?) Nope, they didn't want to hear anything about that. Shameful of them, we didn't use the beds, shower, dirty anything. I highly do NOT recommend this place. Do better.

After a harrowing day of cancelled flights, this hotel was a lifesaver! Krupta at the front desk is absolutely lovely, and handled all the chaos like a pro! Thank you, guys!
