Bad experiences in the last 1 yr (Bridgewater NJ location). First of, 3 weeks of my mail went missing. The manager Gurvinder said he would fix the problem. After a week, he still has not put in a tracer with the USPS for the 3 weeks missing mail (it is a virtual office space with their address so I cannot put a tracer). The receptionist says I have to go online and submit a form with USPS and the manager said he has to run behind the post office. I'm not sure why this has not been done yet, after 7 days of me reporting missing mail. A lot of inconsistencies, no apology, and everything is verbal they will not put anything in an email about the missing mail except that going forward things will be ok. They do not even check IDs prior to handing over mail although it is their protocol to do the same as multiple offices reside in this building. This is true especially when new members join and there has been a high worker turnover. There seems to be no management oversight. It feels like their customer service is offshore and keep repeating like a parrot without any logic and they want you to listen. I am so disappointed in their services in the recent past.
