We use Portsmouth NH Regus and you can't beat the convenience and service. Dominique and Tamsyn are great and all the sundry services and common spaces are clean, ready, available etc. Plenty of parking. Building is in good working order. WiFi is beyond good. Full disclosure: I might win $500 for posting this but if you look at my review history you'll see I contribute a fair amount of these and they're all accurate in my opinion. So even if someone else wins the dough this is exactly how I feel and the review stands. Thanks Portsmouth Regus.

Extremely deceptive business practices with no regard for customer satisfaction or loyalty and there is complete lack of transparency. I would not do business with them in future and would recommend to stay away from them. I have contacted your helpdesk multiple times and they are of no help. Please let me know what info you need to identify my account, where to send it and I ll be happy to update the outcome here.

So, the staff have kept me here, but the corporate policies, lack of consideration for existing customers, robotic legalese customer service, and no desire to work to a solution is what I've found with REGUS.

We moved our home care company in to the building about two years ago renting 3 rooms. Every manager I have dealt with was respectful and courteous. They are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs a quiet, convenient and professional work space. You will not be disappointed.

Portsmouth Regus facility is very well maintained; the office provides flexible workspace to its clients, and ease of use for business and parking area with a great location near to town. Regus offers flexibility with reserving an office and access to its coffee area and conference rooms, which is easy to book with great WI-FI. The front desk staff Kristen, Arlety and Tamsyn are amazing professionals providing reliability to making sure their customers are happy.
