Went to an all-day training and there was no AC in the conference room in the middle of summer. Two stars because it’s a great concept, good location, and the staff were lovely. Otherwise, it was disappointing.

Great spot for a meeting in Portsmouth, NH if you’re looking for an alternative to the extremely over priced Sheraton Harborside Hotel. Fast easy online booking. Very close to all that downtown Portsmouth has to offer.

I’ve been a tenant at oHive for years, and have experienced nothing but the best. I’ve worked in other office buildings, but they can’t hold a candle to the kind and considerate employees at oHive on Fleet street. The staff is always willing to help me with my business needs-from sending out a package, to friendly greeting my clients or helping my employees. The staff pays attention to the needs and wants of the tenants. Conference rooms have been upgraded throughout the years, technology is top notch and wifi is always reliable. Hands down the best office space around!

Everyone nice, but the first floor is too noisy to conduct business. There is also an odd smell that permeates the place. Worst of all is I used their WiFi on my cellphone and for the rest of the day my 3 anti-virus/malware/etc. programs on my phone struggled to stop the onslaught of attempted website redirection attempts. I ended up shutting my phone off and essentially doing a go-back version, a la computers, to get my phone safe again. Scary. Now I'm on guard to any info that could have been hacked while I was there.
