My partner and I lived at Red Oak at 409 Elm Street. We loved the apartment building and the office suite we rented. The building is modern and well maintained, the office suite was really convenient due to being in the same building. The facilities including the gym, free coffee and printing were great. The staff at Red Oak are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend renting an office or apartment from Red Oak.

My colleague and I rented an office here for six months at the start of 2024 while we searched for a permanent lease for our law firm. The Red Oak facility at 409 Elm Street really hit it out of the park: new building, free parking on premises, excellent internet and telecommunications support, clean office, and nice amenities (coffee station, meeting rooms, lighting, reception, mail distribution, fitness center) made it an enjoyable work location. It's just beyond "comfortably walkable" to the main "downtown" strip of Elm Street, but it makes up for that with easy access to I-293 and the business strip along the southern end of Elm Street. The management, too, goes out of its way to help tenants. It was a good experience.
