All around the staff was very helpful and friendly, including maintenance!! The apartment was very new/updated. Our ONE gripe was how expensive it was for how small the space was. And the parking being an additional monthly fee didn’t help with our gripe on expense 😂 But I guess that’s what you pay for for a modern apartment in a good location! 🤷🏼‍♀️

My wife and I are loving living at Orpheum, the apartment is large, very bright, modern and well maintained, which has given us a spectacular experience. The building is modern, well built and with a fundamental layout and facilities for the daily routine, with an extraordinary location that allows us to do many things without having to take the car out of the garage. All this is complemented by a formidable and very friendly neighborhood, making Orpheum a unique place to live.

We truly love living here. The community is peaceful, clean, and very well managed. The staff has always been respectful, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. We appreciate having a safe and welcoming place to call home, and we always do our best as residents to treat the property and our neighbors with respect. Very grateful for our experience here so far.

- I have been living at the Orpheum for over 2 years. This place is very well maintained. Ive only had to put in a service ticket twice in that time and they attended to matters almost immediately (brand new dryer, disposal). Our apartment (an end unit) faces the Library park and on sunny days it streams plenty of sunshine. We make regular use of the roof lounge as extended work areas and on warm sunny days, sunbathing is a nice option. The gym is useable and I've manged to keep a fairly rigorous workout routine. I've met many of the neighbors during our regular gathering. Never had a bad experience with them. They even have a meditation room here which I also make regular use of. Of course, they could have a pool, an attended spa, etc. But this is in the middle of downtown Dover. For the time Ive been here, I really couldn't ask for more.
