I am so happy that I brought my business here! This is an amazing place to co-work and just have my office here. The location is perfect for ANYONE wanting to do business in Concord. I overlook main st and I love it. The support and staff are amazing. Jamie and Andrew do so much to help us out! Definitely recommend!

It was wonderful to work with Andrew at HRNSScowork. He was very accomodating and kind in all his dealings with me. The space is also very good, both offices, desks and support services. Highly recommended.

I reserved the Phone Booth this morning for 2 hours, it was unclear how to access the space, and HRKNSScowork was entirely locked. The email communication from the company did not note how to get into the locked space as a Phone Booth user, and it was only because someone else with access let me in I was able to gain access to this co-working space. Upon downloading and accessing the app it did not sync with my reservation nor provide me any relevant information to be able to leave the space and or access the bathrooms. I worked in a coworking space part time for over 2 years and I also work in IT, so the matter of the fact is - this was not a positive user experience with the systems, nor a pleasant experience for a first time user of this coworking space. The staff member Andrew did assist and was kind and speedy, but the issues with the systems in place were problematic. Since this review I have come and used the space more times and had a more positive experience just using the hot desks. They were kind in giving me some additional passes. I have updated my review. I did have to write down the wifi connection instructions as it is not entirely straightforward as to how to connect.
