I adore Timothy and Cameron and Vienna, Lori are wonderful ❤️. They have made having an office space downtown worth it! They go above and beyond to assist me and they are appreciated.

Horrible company and management. Horrible place to lease from. I rented for 6.5 years from Regus Landmark. Internet and phone services have regular outages. Water leaked into my office. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people talk in neighboring offices. Front desk is left unstaffed regularly. Regus overcharges, changes policies regularly with no notice, and will double your rent regularly. Thomas Mlnarik and Kaylee Diaz are non responsive and unhelpful in solving problems. Thomas won't respond and Kaylee will blame all problems on the corporate office and tell you to contact the 1-800 number for all problems which in turn never resolves any issues. They outsource most services overseas. This is not just incompetence, it is a purposefully deceitful business practices. They will keep your retainer for no reason. They will not renew your lease on favorable terms. When they make a mistake, they refuse to fix it. It appears their 5 star reviews are paid for. More dishonesty from this horrible company.

Poor management and deceitful business practice. We have a virtual+ office here for one year. Prior to signing up for the virtual+ office here, we were given a list of services this virtual+ service would provide with a monthly flat fee, including mail collection. After signing up, a mandatory "mail collection" fee was added to our account without notice or permission. We called and emailed the front desk, Victoria, to bring this matter to her attention and to cancel this "mail collection" that was added on without notice or permission. We were told this matter cannot be escalated and it is just what they do, they cannot cancel it. Now that we have cancelled our membership here, they are STILL CHARGING us for the mail collection. We had to get a team member to go to the office personally and ask the front desk to TURN IT OFF. Front desk is consistently away from their desk. Note you cannot get into the office if you don't have a key and you will end up waiting for the front desk to come back from their 2-hr lunch. Unprofessional and poorly managed. Will not renew membership here or recommend anyone here. We have another Regus office in Stamford, CT, for comparison, is professionally managed without any of these problems mentioned above.

This is a total scam! They have contracts that you can never get rid of and have to pay forever. It would be nice if they told you in advance!

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • To truly understand what Regus - Omaha - Nicholas St has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • At Regus - Omaha - Nicholas St, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
