I was in town visiting family and needed to work remotely one of the days. I shopped around for the different co-working spaces in Omaha and I am glad that I landed on Modus! Being able to work where I could focus and have everything I need was a huge help. Their space is clean and comfortable, but the biggest factor that I noticed was how flexible the space was. Whether you're working alone or as a group there is an offering that will meet your needs. I also really liked the historical aspect of the building, I thought it was charming and warm. Thank you!!

Modus Coworking is one of my favorite spaces to work at! The location is perfect, with a coffee/snack bar that features rotating local vendors. The staff is great, and the events that they host always are a great time!

Modus Co-working is an amazing space to work. They have a classy appeal which is great for content creation, as well as plenty of meeting spaces. I love that it's an area outside of home to work, because it just makes me feel so much more productive. Not to mention the support from Nicole (front desk) is top tier! Thank you for all you do!
