Modern Work is great! We needed a much smaller space after an organizational change, and we found this place in our search. Centrally located, right off the interstate, it works great for our team. Clean, with a great vibe. It is large, so navigating can seem overwhelming at first, but it is pretty straight forward once you get settled. Rebecca is awesome, and the rest of the staff are really friendly, too! Definitely a hidden gem.

We have had the pleasure of being here at Modern Works for the past 3 months, and I can confidently say that this office building is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a relaxing, clean, and thoughtfully designed workspace. The culture here is second to none—supportive, inclusive, and genuinely uplifting. Management is very caring and helpful. Rebecca is remarkable. Tech-wise, the office is fully equipped with everything needed to succeed: fast Wi-Fi, updated tools, furnished offices, ample meeting rooms, and quiet spaces when you need to concentrate in a living room environment. Full kitchen area with coffee, ice water, and microwaves provided. Also, for your leisure pool table, table tennis and workout room. Free parking, Food truck on Thursdays along with Happy hour at 4:00pm. Being right off the Interstate on 84th street made this place a perfect option for all three of us. I am living West Omaha Sapp Brothers, another guy living north Omaha Mormon bridge area, and the third gentleman commuting in from Council Bluffs. Come check it out, it’s awesome.
