The Elevator community offers good vibes with a building full of entrepreneurs, creatives, non-profits, and small businesses. There is metered parking around the building with plenty of available spots on any given day. Bring your dog and come hang out!

Our front doors are on 14th street with Elevator branding on both sides of the double doors. Ring the doorbell on the right of the front doors and someone will come open the door for you.

I’ve been running my private gym and personal training business in Elevator for 1.5 years now. I love the location because even though it’s downtown and just a few blocks from The Old Market, parking is very easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall just a great place to have a private business!

Took a class with Do-CPR at Elevator - was impressed with the beautiful space and amenities. Even the parking was convenient! Great guest Wi-Fi. Coffee, water, and soft drinks were available. The art was original and interesting. Some of the nicest bathrooms I've experienced in a co-working space. Overall excellent experience with my brief visit. I thought it was cool that there is a place like this to do business or incubate ideas in Omaha. Would also make a good shooting location if you need a modern atrium, office, classroom, warehouse or conference room. Hope to get to one of their activities or networking events in the future.
