The agreement has ended, but they have continued to charge my credit card. I have sent requests to try to delete my Regus account. This experience has been a nightmare and I will never use Regus again. Edit: This was their response: "Upon checking with our local community team, we have confirmed that the charges are valid. Therefore, we are unable to credit the postage charges that were incurred after your agreement ended." They put in writing the fact that the agreement has ended. What legal authority do they have to continue charging me?!

I recently relocated my business, and I'm very satisfied with the decision. The Regus building is a nice, accommodating facility with awesome staff. Eric does an excellent job of running the facility. It's nice that he works upfront to greet customers, and directs them to their desired office location. I have had multiple patients tell me already how polite and helpful he's been. To any business owner, that's a great added perk. This facility is clean and very well managed. I'm very content being a tenant here.
