I visit many of my clients through the Triad/Traingle area located in Regus offices, and hands down, the staff at this location is the most condescending and rude group I have come across! I also witnessed them being rude to another guest as well. Remember - they are the “face” your clients see!

We have been forced to do draconian ID verifications and subjected to pretty much non-stop harassment from Regus since we signed up. Be sure to take a look at their F rating on BBB. To say we strongly recommend against building your business in this locations is a serious understatement. Asher Warg and Adam Casey have clearly targeted us, and we received no support from corporate. They force the company owner to handle all of the most mundane business, then they force it year after year while other accounts, even with Regus have never created similar impediments. Davinci Management offers similar services for less money and they employ pleasant people who respect their customers. If at all possible work with them instead. Your flippant response really drives home our point about interacting with Regus Winston.

I chose the WS Regus location 6 years ago as my new location. It has been a great decision. Regus offers so many options for businesses. The WS staff is the Best. This staff is great with your clients and always willing to assist you. I highly endorse if you are considering an office location.
