STAY AWAY FROM LAYWER NEIL RANKIN, HE WILL TAKE UR MONEY, LEAVE U HANGING, THEN SAY HE ISNT GOING TO DO WHAT U PAID HIM FOR 6 MONTHS EARLIER, AND IF YOU SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT, HE WILL THEN SAY HE REFUSES TO DO WHAT YOU DONE PAID HIM FOR BECAUSE YOU ARE RUDE BECAUSE YOU WANTED HIM TO DO THE JOB YOU PAID HIM FOR, AS HE THREATENS YOU AND HAS THE GAURDS BUT YOU OUT. HAVE ALL THE TEXT ON MY PHONE TO PROVE IT. HECK SURRY & STOKES COUNTY CAN'T STAND HIM. BEWARE!!!!!!!
