This community has good energy and so many ways to be in the space, including attending fun and informative events. Love the staff and the easy parking situation!

Elevate is a premiere coworking experience. I appreciated that it is curated just for wome. I found the multifaceted set up conducive to not missing a creative or professional beat while on family travel. The venue opens an hour early for members (which prompted me to become a member over the daily fee even just for a week - it was worth it) with keyless access, complimentary coffee and snacks, a serene environment to match a traditional low key office experience. Some days and times it felt like I had spaces to myself. Spaces are first come, first serve. More engagement was diring the late morning and early afternoon. Phone booths were my favorite. Individuals kept to themselves. I brought my lunch most of the time and it went unbothered in the fridge. Every two weeks, lunch is provided to members. You must sign up. I was there on a complimentary day. A few cons midweek: There were no hand wipes in the bathroom, nor kitchen. The trash was piled up in the trash cans. And, there were no utensils as there were all in the dishwasher unclean. I didn't see the office manager for a few days so this was probably due to her being out. I could have sent this through the app messaging to alert someone. The OM was very responsive about lunch and my membership cancelation on my last day which I sent through the app. If I were in the vicinity, I would cowork here again. i hope you find this review helpful. Elevate has been a wonderful spot to work. Mostly very quiet with minimal background noise (just enough to feel like a normal office environment). People have been friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. I’ve used the general coworking areas (including the quiet phone booths for calls), which have been perfect for my needs. There are closed-offices that some people rent, which also seem quite nice. I have very much appreciated the general vibe, which feels professional, creative, energetic, and empowering. It’s nice to have a spot like this in Wilmington!

I love love love working at Elevate! It's such a warm, welcoming vibe when you walk in. I love feeling like I have coworkers to talk to when I'm in the kitchen, but I can also go to my private office or in a corner of the cowering space and just get work done. Even when I'm there on a Friday evening or on the weekend, I always feel very safe. If you're looking for a place to get work done, look no further. Elevate is THE best!
