Common Desk in Wilmington is easily the best coworking environment I’ve ever used. The renovation of the historic building was beautifully done, with so many thoughtful details and appointments. Lots of private booths for calls, booths for casual hangtime. The amenities are terrific, and the staff deserve a shoutout. They're friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I'm stopping just short of the Silicon Valley cliché that they're "making the world a better place." But FR, they really are cool peeps. The location is hard to beat, too. DRIFT Coffee is directly across the street, Copper Penny around the bend. Main USPS also nearby. The beautiful Cape Fear riverfront is just steps away if you're feeling the need to get outside. I don't think they have any rivals even close in Wilmington.

The space is incredible, with an open, modern design, multiple levels, and plenty of areas to focus and get things done. Whether I need to buckle down and be productive or connect with other professionals, Common Desk offers the perfect environment. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. Between the social events, networking opportunities, and welcoming atmosphere, I’ve made several new friends and valuable business connections. A special shoutout to Eden, who is absolutely fantastic! She’s welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the members. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and ensure they have a great experience. And as an added bonus, parking is never an issue! Common Desk has truly elevated my workday. It’s the perfect combination of a productive workspace, an amazing community, and great people. I genuinely look forward to coming into the office. Highly recommend!
This was my first time visiting Common Desk and we absolutely loved it! We were warmly greeted and shown around. I loved all the areas and little added touches offered. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Definitely coming back soon!
