Here I am. A guy in his late fifties. Asked by his last employer of 12 plus years to step down. What? But I’m not done yet. Enter OfficeOurs, Inc. The space is furnished with a desk big enough for my two monitors, a comfortable, rolling desk chair (the good back support is a plus), and two guest chairs (because clients happen and I don’t always need to meet with them in the conference room). I also got a locked filing cabinet, a door to lock and close, office Wi-Fi, guest Wi-Fi, a business address with a PO Box to check for mail, conference rooms and even a printer. I’m in the Sanford building. The site gives me everything I had when I was a part of a big company and going into the office. Minus the headaches.
