If you want a gorgeous newly-renovated private office at an affordable rate without all of the headaches associated with maintenance, this is your place! The owner and his staff are incredibly friendly & supportive in helping to put your business on the map (quite literally!) Clean, well-appointed facility, with the best online portal you could ask for to manage your rent payments and service requests. Highly responsive, engaging team who makes the whole tenancy process - from touring to ongoing tenancy - a breeze. When you're a small business owner, you know how valuable it feels to find peace of mind in your workspace, and this place grants that. Big thank you to all the staff at Office Ours!

I now have all the office accommodation that I had when I was a part of a big company. Minus the headaches. Here I am. A guy in his late fifties. Asked by his last employer of 12 plus years to step down. What? But I’m not done yet. Enter OfficeOurs, Inc. All I can say is, “Thank God.” As a new company, the 60-Day lease is a big deal to me right now. What can I say? Cashflow is tight. That said, I like my window office. The space is furnished with a desk big enough for my two monitors, a comfortable, rolling desk chair (the good back support is a plus), and two guest chairs (because clients happen and I don’t always need to meet with them in the conference room). I also got a locked filing cabinet, a door to lock and close, office Wi-Fi, guest Wi-Fi, a business address with a PO Box to check for mail, conference rooms and even a printer. I’m in the Sanford building. The site gives me everything I had when I was a part of a big company and going into the office. Minus the headaches. And there’s another big perk. I can reserve conference rooms and even printout documents at other OfficeOurs locations. In Raleigh. In Cary. In Garner. Imagine that. I have branch offices and I’m just starting out.
