The staff (Yara & Ella) here are incredibly kind and thoughtful. They are always willing to help in any way they can. The place is always clean. It's a great office space to bring in clients, and it's a great space if you're looking for privacy.

Zero stars would be more accurate. Regus has gone downhill dramatically. 1 star is far too generous for the current Regus. If zero or negative stars were an option, that would be more fitting. I used Regus’s virtual office service about 18–19 years ago, and back then, they were excellent. Their billing was transparent and easy to understand. Today’s Regus is a completely different company. They seem willing to cheat customers out of an extra dollar at every opportunity. I’m not writing this out of revenge, but because Regus needs to recognize how badly they’ve declined, and potential customers deserve a warning. Here’s what just happened to me: I signed up for a virtual office, with service scheduled to begin on May 12th, at an agreed monthly rate of $79. However, I was billed $131. When I asked for an explanation, I was told the charge included a prorated fee for May (since my service starts on the 12th) plus a full month’s fee for April. I replied, confused: How could I be charged for a month before I even signed up? They then said they meant June, not April. So essentially, they were charging me for two months in advance, even though my agreement clearly states I pay month-to-month. At that point, I requested to cancel because their billing was not transparent. Keep in mind, this was on May 9th, before my service was even supposed to start. Regus refused to cancel unless I paid the $131. When I mentioned reporting them to the BBB, a manager responded and insisted I still owed $131, and bizarrely, again referenced April as part of the charge. A month that had nothing to do with my agreement. That leaves me with two possible conclusions, neither of which is good: 1. Regus has been sold to a foreign company that doesn’t understand standard U.S. business practices, or 2. These email exchanges aren’t even from real people, they’re from an AI that’s hallucinating and mixing up months. Either way, steer clear. Regus is not the company it used to be.
