I had a very negative experience with Regus. The paperwork is misleading, the terms are extremely unfavorable, there is no give, and the office environment is sterile. I would strongly recommend against working with them.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this office especially over the last 6 months or so. They are also charging for services I did not receive. The worse part is nobody in local management is any help. It’s a hassle to change the address on all my accounts but dealing with Regus is too time consuming- I’m spending time dealing with nonsense when I should be taking care of my own client needs. I’m vetting other coworking spaces to make the switch. Regus/ Spaces may seem cheaper but trust me, you’ll pay more in the long run.

Hailey and Sydney kill it on the fourth floor. Plenty of parking, office is accessible even in New Years, Christmas Eve, 4am whenever.

Awesome and very quiet place to work. Spacious conference room that are mostly available. Haley and Sidney are always ready to help.

This is an absolutely horrible company. I was denied the very first time I tried to even access the office space that I paid for (I had to pay an activation fee + the cost of one months rent for office space) for having an out of state drivers license. Haley at the counter was very rude and accused me of trying to ask her to do something 'illegal' when all I ever asked was for her to contact the postmaster and ask why I was allowed to use an out of state license at another 'virtual office' but not that one. Then once I realized the power struggle that was occurring I left. This company has continued to charge me monthly for services and has not let me cancel my account and when I go to access my account on the website it claims I do not even have an account, not even letting me access any of the information that is on my account. I Have had to dispute the charges on my credit card and now they are without my authorization attempting to transfer the funds directly from my bank account. All the while, the corporate office has reported my name/company to debt collections and is demanding the money back WHILE continuing to charge me for services that have NEVER been rendered. I cannot recommend enough to never use this company, they are fraudulent, they harass via email, and they lie. They even made me a 'deal' where if I paid the existing fees(Which is still extortion given that I haven't even gotten to use the service) they would stop attempting to collect the monthly fees from me. I have received an email since then claiming they will try to collect the fees via bank transfer. I highly recommend for anybody and everybody to find any other service any other company to attempt virtual business services through. This company has done me very very dirty and they continue to attempt to do me wrong. Someone can only be pushed so far..

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
