I have rented a salon suite through Souder for several years. I left last year to move into another commercial space and after eight months, I found my way back. LOL. Erika is incredibly helpful and always gets the job done in a timely manner. Nettie who works in the financing department has always been such a joy to work with as well. The spaces are clean, and I can alway rely on quick maintenance when needed.

The area is nice, and the office suites are affordable. Unfortunately, management was disappointing. I had to pay out of my own pocket for basic maintenance, including toilet repairs, and I also hired a cleaning service to clean the shared bathroom and lobby because they were not being maintained. Multiple tenants submitted maintenance requests, but there was little to no communication, and the issues were never resolved. I also requested reimbursement for the expenses I covered myself, but that was denied. It’s a shame, because the property has a lot of potential with better management and responsiveness.

Fantastic experience! Erika made everything super easy and stress-free. The entire process was quick, efficient, and completely online, which I really appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience—highly recommend!
