Erika has been great. Communicative and responsive.
I recently moved into one of the Souder Properties, and I must say, I am very pleased! I worked with Ericka throughout the process, and her response times were very efficient. She was always helpful and answered all of my questions. I’m also loving the rates and the fact that I have an empty canvas to bring my suite ideas to life! I’m excited about this new space and look forward to making it my own. So far, I’ve had a great experience!
I had a great experience with Souder Properties, especially working with Erika. She was helpful and flexible with my moving day, and she always answered my questions quickly and clearly. Really wonderful spot and great management. I have family who’ve rented multiple offices here and have had great things to say about maintenance and Erika and so far I’ve found it to all be true. Erika is very helpful and had the patience to help me find the perfect unit. The property looks great, is in a nice spot, and has good tenants. Highly recommend.
