This building is owned by the same company as Ashley Park Apartments — check out their reviews and you’ll see a pattern: mismanagement, poor communication, and disregard for tenants. My air conditioning has been out for over three weeks, with no proactive communication or timeline updates unless I reach out first. This isn’t a one-time issue — every summer I’ve rented here, the AC has been out for weeks, and office temperatures climb into the upper 80s and beyond. In Eastern NC, where it regularly reaches over 100°F, that’s unacceptable and unsafe for any work environment. Today, I rented a conference room to accommodate clients in a cooler space, only to find it already occupied by a lawyer and their client. This kind of mismanagement is both unprofessional and a breach of client privacy and safety. When I asked about a rent reduction due to the lack of AC, I was told they aren’t required to provide AC per the lease and would not be offering any type of reduction to rent for that period of time. Meanwhile, they raised the rent by $60 in the past year, despite no improvements and ongoing issues like unreliable internet, which I eventually had to replace at my own expense. There is a consistent lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for tenant well-being. I would strongly advise any professional to look elsewhere for office space.

I went here because Cal's coins was rated 5 stars & I wanted to see what the hype was all about. Unfortunately the guy never came out & I couldnt see his office because it was hidden away past a door which required a security code to get in. Strange. The fountain was beautiful inside the lobby, though. However, I couldn't sell my coins so I went to another buyer that wasn't so secretive.
