I discovered this place by accident 3 years ago. This place is a gem that's tucked in the corner. They offer several natural health services. They have event spacing as well, a hair salon, and they rent office space. The coffee shop "Core Coffee" is a nice touch. The people are wonderful and they keep it clean. This coffee shop is not like a starbucks or any other mainstream coffee shop. It's quaint and you can have a conversation with a person across the table without it struggling to hear them. The one thing I do like about the coffee shop is the ingredients are all natural in their coffees. The sweetener/flavored drinks don't have corn syrup of any kind. I usually go here every Tuesday to enjoy a cup of coffee and work on my business instead of in my business. I have a zoom meeting with my office manager. I use my Bluetooth to keep the levels down and maintain some privacy.

The concept is an awesome opportunity and unique to the Triad but the execution is faulty at best. Tenant and property management relationships have been truly affected by recent changes, property/project management team is selective in their communication of changes and building problems. As an office suite, where its tenants offer client facing services, it is indispensable to have an AC System that works, ESPECIALLY, during the summer. How they will be fixing this issue has been communicated extremely poorly, unprofessionally, and it shows the lack of consideration for business owners who lose business due to the inefficiencies of the management team. I truly hope that they start taking seriously the concerns of their tenants because Core Wellness has a unique business opportunity in their hands for our area.

What a beautiful space! I enjoyed some goodies from the coffee shop while exploring the providers that will soon be open here. I love all the artwork and murals from local artists. They have spacious team rooms for holding classes, parties or events and plenty of space both indoor and outdoor to relax or work. The podcast room is a great idea and reasonably priced. This community is much needed in the Triad and I look forward to trying the IV hydration at Triad Lifestyle medicine and the drop in childcare.
