1. Made reservation on 1/26/2025 10:59AM 2. Requested cancellation via email and phone to the center rep & Regus Help Desk on 1/26/2025 at 11:32am 3. Was told by help desk that they only allow cancellations online. 4. Asked for documentation showing this policy 5. They provided documentation showing cancellation policy with NO mention of not accepting online cancellations. 6. Disputing this charge with my credit card company CRM:00030003650 All this trouble over $90. Unreal. Thanks for supporting us small business owners & freelancers

I rarely post negative reviews, but this one is warranted. They make promises they do not keep, they have poor communication, and you will never be let out of a lease. We emptied our office and it sits there with nothing in it and we have to pay for the remainder of the year. As a landlord, I try to re-rent a space to help negate cost. No such luck here. Check out their reviews nationally before signing in with them. There is even a law firm that mostly only works to help people get out of the Regus or Spaces leases. They absolutely never do what they say they will do, and you will be stuck in a long lease that auto renews. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else. Ticket was never resolved.
