The employees are nice and try, but the structure of the company lacks organization and spirit, not to mention it's very disorganized. I registered during COVID so I forgave the missing move-in email (and had to blunder my way through) but the online member community was completely oversold and not utilized, I received different answers to questions depending on the person I asked (again, not fault of employees at this location, a fault in leadership), COVID mask rules were enforced haphazardly, the desk I was assigned was not the desk I was shown and when I was asked to sign an "updated" contract I was informed that pricing would not change but my final invoice was almost double then what my original contact stated - again, lack of consistency and organization.
I want to reiterate that I don't believe the employees are at fault, per say, but the lack of cohesion and misaligned vision (scoff at community) are part a larger issue with internal operations. As a business owner and someone who has worked across multiple industries, I am upset at companies who claim to offer an experience and do not reflect their values. I would not recommend giving any of your money to Wework. Check out Spaces.
