This has been an awful experience. Don't get office space here unless you want to be nickeled and dimed to death and STILL not get what you ordered or requested from them. And careful...they'll charge you for services you didn't sign up for and try to back out of offers and discounts they promised you.

We reserved a room in advance. My employee is currently there for a meeting with a client but no one is at the front desk to let them into their meeting room (they arrived 30 minutes early and now it is sapping into their meeting time). We've been using this company for a decade now and used to be quite happy with them, but the service has really gone down hill. Unacceptable.
