I seriously disliked the Security after 6 PM. I can understand the concern for safety. Once inside the classrooms were excellent Make sure you account for rush-hour traffic and plan accordingly. A half hour trip can turn into a hour and a half trip depending on time of day.

American Underground is an incredible coworking space in Durham! I have another office, but I love working from here because the atmosphere is just unmatched. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the space itself is fantastic—tons of room across multiple floors, so it never feels crowded. My favorite features are the top-notch podcasting studio and the private call booths, which are essential for my work in real estate. It’s a perfect mix of community and functionality. Highly recommend!
